I seriously don't like him either. He starts a huge over-re-acting plot for the war in iraq, making everything in this country a controversy... :bomb:

He's exactly repeating what his father did. when his father was in office, he started a war also in the middle east section of the world.

More than 500 billion dollars have been spent on this year with the help OF US CITIZENS, since we pay for so many taxes that just get higher until the American Dream could come true only if work our ###### off to get some cha-ching!!! :ranting:

Instead he should focus on what HIS people want, and not always go with what HE wants... :cursing:

Whew... ( I could do that, right^?)

P.S. Thanks Brad for putting something like this up again. :)

I'm British, and I think he's a fool.

There's no one to fight down there, he's just feuling hatred of America. It's becoming another Vietnam I think, wasting money and wasting lives.

One thing I hate more than anything is people asking questions that are already answered.
Please, read the forums and pinned topics before asking obvious questions.
Thank you.

You've hit the hammer on the head. Most Americans that I've talked to believe the same thing. The war was started with flat out lies by "Lil' Bush," and he's now being investigated for breaking laws and hopefully will be impeached before his term is up !

And Valentin, name one thing about the war against terrorism that Bush has done.

I say nothing. The war in Iraq was a cover up scheme, in my opinion, for his inadequacies on finding bin Laden in Afghanistan. He needed to win against someone, so he chose the same route his father did, and it has obviously backfired. Yes, he got rid of a tyrant, but created chaos in the middle east. Bush is an idiot!
[/rant]

On a side note, any Americans think that Mrs. Clinton will do any better. The last time I checked the polls, and admittedly that was a while ago, her and the African American were in the lead. It truly would be amazing if either of them were elected. First woman or black president would be truly groundbreaking in a historical sense.

Just to be clear right off. I'm not anti-American, or anti-democracy, or anti-freedom. I supported and continue to support the troops in Iraq, even if the cause for our being there makes me uncomfortable (I think back to how 'we' as the West and every country whose troops fought in Iraq are supposed to have 'liberated' Iraqis whilst Robert Mugabe, as one example, continues to rule without any such 'liberation' of the people of Zimbabwe). However, listening to the speech George Bush has given today about the role of Iran as some kind of super-terrorist, genuinely scares me. It reminds me of a similar speech given four years ago about Saddam Hussein who was surely going to use weapons of mass destruction to destroy our free-thinking, democratic way of life.

I understand that there probably are Iranian government forces working against the West and so may pose a threat to nations such as the US or UK, which it deems to be opposing it, BUT, for a president who took a number of nations (of course, including my own) to war on a notion which started out in a similar way it makes me feel very uncomfortable that he continues to talk in this way. Do I believe that Dubya will try and take his country to war against Iran? No of course not. But surely there must be other people who are uncomfortable with the way that he continues to shout and stamp and roar. I'm thinking about lessons that should have been learnt...

P.S Does anyone else think that George has one of those 'invisible' ear pieces with a feed telling him what to say at press conferences? Watch him and you'll see him listening to what's being said after he's been asked a question.
