I'm new & wanted to know how to upload alerady downloaded firework packs to rct3, & does anyone now where to get disney firework packs?

You'll need the WinRAR installer to put the fireworks into you RCT3/Fireworks folder.

Just "Close" the prompt that tells you that you need to buy the full version to continue using WinRAR...you don't have to buy anything.
Extract all of the effects you download to this destination:

C:\Program Files\Atari\RollerCoaster Tycoon 3\Fireworks
Sims 3 & Halloween

To have a basic list of cs at your disposal(for firework backdrops), I would recommend these. They contain most of the high used cs for many members.

yea i was wondering that too is there anywere you can find the mixmaster show wishes already made??

Actually... you don't need WinRAR.

7-zip works perfectly well for unarchiving an RAR file. I don't know if I am allowed to post a link in the messages, but you can find it at http://www.7-zip.org
