Sorry, I'm confused! Could you please elaborate on what you are asking?

E.g
graphics card
performance

To see if his computer needs updating

Honestly, if you buy a modern computer, most can handle RCT. I own a Macbook Pro, and I've never had RCT lag on me. I don't know where to find all the information on it though, a lot of it is renamed. Here's some basic info:
Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory: 2 GB
Processor Speed: 2.4 GHz
Graphics Card: GeForce 8600M GT

Ran it on the laptop and didn't have any lag in game (only loading it).

Laptop specs:

AMD Turion 64 Processor: 1.8 Ghz I think
2GB RAM
2 x 100GB HDD
2 x 256GB NVidia GO 7900GTX cards (running in SLI mode)
17" screen - except with white stripes on it (needs new screen :P)

Won't list the desktop - the laptop runs it fine, the desktop definitely will ^_^

Pete

p.s. if I get requests I'll list the desktop specs

I've run RCT3 on a Pentium dual core with 512 megs of ram and a GForce 6500... Had to crank the visuals down to "drawn with crayon" mode to play with any speed, honestly, but I enjoyed it.

Now with my new system, Quad Core 2.5Ghz Intel, 8Gb ram, GForce 9800GTX+ with 1Gb ram... I can run it wide open and just cry at its beauty.

mine is 512MB RAM and GForce of 9600 and a Pentium 4 1.3Ghz Intel. It runs fine, but I feel the performance could be better, if the graphics were lowered. Although when I auto detect it says I can run it on high performance.

3.0 Ghz Core duo
8800 GTS 512 mb
Windows Vista Home Premium
3 gb ram

And I've never had the game lag. Understandably too, why would a game this old lag?
