This is a forum game [obviously]. I will start it off by posting a picture. Rate it and post a picture of your own that depicts a very major failure. They can be from anywhere, as long as they depict a failure, and it isn't already posted. I hope you enjoy mine for the starter.

I CANNOT believe you have posted this... Man is Dale going to be mad once he see's this... Even though this video is THEE best thing EVER in the history of EVER.
