As Jordan has tried this service and his has many errors to resolve, I have decided to start this support idea, but via a web chat where site development (fab208, jordan, Stephen) can help you with your problems, and be able to have 3 technicians on the line at once...
I am researching into services like this at low expense, as RCTPyro is non-profit website. Tell me what you think of just a webchat as the support service. It's an alright idea but you need to answer a few questions:
We need some more input on this before the idea can go a head, but I think it could work. |

i have never seen that pop up saying about the help and also brad i think you should keep the support the way it is there is nothing wrong with it but i know i have messed up with putting topics in wrong places but i do apologise
