any old video and then at the end of the address bar add this to it ;&fmt=18 there you have it a quick way for high quality videos SO WE CAN USE IT  YAY so we can just post all show videos there and then for high quality just put this in it ;&fmt=18cool huh Well that is all -------------------- |

i found it from the youtube thing it was one of the staff's videos/ announcements on Youtube
