As you may or may not of heard, Good Ole Microsoft is taking another go at making a operating system. Windows 7, set too release in 2009 (try too hold back you anticipation) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_7, so do you think it will be a inevitable failure like vista?

By then Vista will finally be stable and streamlined, and that system will flop on its back just like vista did and no one will want to upgrade from vista. Kinda how all the OS releases from MS go.

I'm no fan of Microsoft, but I really hope they pull this one off. Even Steve Balmer has said many mistakes were made with Vista and there was a lot to learn from its development. Now it's up to them to implement what they have learned... or fail. It'll take a massive effort to get people to come back after they've been scared from Vista back to XP or for the better over to Mac.
