Microsoft indeed can be good like that - for example, anyone with an old Zune can get a free firmware upgrade giving the device all the functionality of a gen 2 Zune.

Yeah, they do this quite well. The free xb360 repairs inc. shipping, now the free download and when they freely distributed those new power cables for the original Xbox. smile.gif

I've had mine since it came out. It had a problem with overheating, so I sent it in for repair. They replaced it and it has worked fine since. smile.gif

I don't have a xbox ( 360 ) , i have a PS3 ..

But i wish the PS3 had such good online supports as the 360 has , microsoft always has good online services ( i can remember from playing HALO 1 on the pc .. tongue.gif )

But on the other hand , not being rude to all the XBOX 360 owners , but a few days ago I heard something about the 360 "being a computer in a console outfit" is that true, or are that just PS3/WII fanboys shouting out loud like they always do .. ??

lol Im once again Disapointed in Microsoft with their service. My Xbox broke 5 days ago and still we have not had the shipping details to get it repaired. Fairly disapointed on their service.
