Do you mean the RCT3 videos you recorded in the game? If so the In-game recorder does not detect sound, you have to add your own sound to the video.

Yeah, open your video in Windows Movie Maker or something then add the music to it and just play with it until it matches the synchronisation of your show

In Windows Movie Maker you have timelines for video and audio, just import and drag.
