I am fairly new to Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 and I have a question about patching up. I just built a new computer and it does not have internet acess yet. I would like to patch up because i heard that you can have a scrolling firework select menu in the mixer to be able to see more added fireworks. Being that the computer, as I said, doesn't have internet acess I can't just download the patch. I thought that I should be able to download the patch to a flash drive then copy it to the computer. If I run the patch when it is copyed to the other computer an error pops up that says something along the lines of "RCT3 is not installed on this computer". I am trying to use the retail to update 3 patch. I have also tryed this with patches from several different sources.

Does is say "you do not have rct3 patch 2"or something.Happened to me so i just didnt dowload.
