Welcome to vPyro
vPyro is a fast growing community based on virtual pyrotechnics and fireworks. Since 2004 our members have been creating spectacular firework shows with Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 (RCT3) and have time and time again shocked the RCT3 world by designing dazzling shows pushing the boundaries of imagination. Learn how to create spectacular firework shows with music, lights, lasers, water and fire, download thousands of fireworks at your disposal, request specific fireworks to be made for you, join a Company and make shows with your friends and much much more. We also specialise in all other areas of virtual pyrotechnics, such as ShowSim 3D and all the other solutions. This is your one stop pyrotechnics and fireworks site. You can even create your own blog, gallery and you can play an exciting arcade full of great games.

I come with a request, not a plea or a beg. I come asking you to help us financially, which you are under no obligation to do so and will not receive less support or respect for not doing so. I come asking you to help us run the site, because it's not a cheap thing to do. I come asking you to give us a hand.

The server costs us £70 a month which includes upgrades etc, so it would be nice to get a little help.

I can't currently get a proper job due to me being in full-time education, so I can't fund the site directly out of my pocket. I do where I can, but it doesn't always make the amount needed. I know, why should you give us money you've worked for that is entirely, unequivocally yours? Well, you shouldn't - but I'm here to ask you for any amount of monetary contribution to help us. We won't just thank you for the donation and shake your hand with a smile, there's rewards to be had too. Here's a list. I'm eternally grateful for the people who've donated to the site so far, and to anyone else who does so. I'll show my thanks in any way I can, I'm working on some more rewards. Some very desirable ones I should thing.

I've run this community, taking over from Dean a while ago, for a long time now. I'm monumentally proud to call this my home. It's where my heart is on the internet. There have been troubled periods, bitter arguments and problems that have not only plagued me and other people personally, but have severely affected the site. That's all behind us now though. As RCT3 communities begin to dissolute and collapse, we stand here despite the lack of interest that's been developing. We stay here and we offer a home for people who are wandering the internet looking for a cool, fun and exciting place to be. People come and go, that's life. I want to keep this site up for as long as possible, as long as I physically can. I'm doing all I can to improve this site and make it the best it's ever been. We're going to brighten up the place with new stuff, more community orientated fun projects are on the way and I'm going to force myself to make a show. I just know you're all desperate to see me make a show. laugh.gif

This is the biggest way you can help us, so if you have a few bucks lying around, please consider donating to us. Donate links are at the top and bottom of each page.

Thanks guys! smile.gif

Remember another way to help RCTPyro.com stay up and running is by getting a WyMoX hosting account. I have had my own servers/leased servers etc for many years as often times I am working on projects that require me to have a lot of media available to clients, as well as host items that have a high number of downloads. A couple months ago I decided to try switching to WyMoX with Brad when I noticed that RCTPyro.com was running very stable and fast, even for me in the U.S.

Brad got me set up with their largest account, 15pounds or around 30u.s. which is comparable to other hosting packages I have used but I have amazing support, its easy to get a hold of them anytime to help with issues or make changes to my account. As well the server has been amazingly stable and I have had no problems with speed from any computer in any location.

Even if you don't go with the largest account, their smaller accounts get the same service and same speed/stability. These are perfect for people wanting their own website or a place to host their pictures/videos. No more dealing with rapidshare or free file hosting services. You can have everything you want to share within easy access on your own ftp server.
